RETURNS POLICY

Any sale of goods bought from us is subject to a 14 day returns policy. Any itembought from us maybe returned, in origional, undamaged, unopened packagingwith any additional shipping costs covered by you.

Any item to be found faulty may be returned to us with no additional cost to you unless the fault is found to be caused by you. We recommend for you to contact us before returning for help and information. If any product found to be faulty due to you, administration and postage charges will be charged.

When returning any product, please call us on 01395 225656, send as recorded deleivery and where needed, insured. We will advise you if asked when contacted. We will not accept any responsibility for returns till the item is delivered to us, tilll this point, any problems must be solved between you and the delevery company.

We accept the right to not give a refund if any of our recomended steps are not followed or are the responsibility of our suppliers. In cases like these, full steps will be taken to help you to solve your issue(s).
